COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Community Standards have been established to serve as general Community guidelines for the Providence Master Homeowners Association. They were designed and adopted to enhance property values and enjoyment of the Community without infringing upon the rights or common benefits of all Residents. Observing these standards is the responsibility of each Owner, Tenant, Contractor and Guest.
The Community Standards are intended to supplement the CC&Rs. All Members are fully responsible for the actions of their family, Tenants, Contractors and Guests.
DESIGN GUIDELINES
The purpose of the Design Review process is to help ensure continued continuity in the overall appearance of the Community, thus helping to preserve and increase property values. There is a 180 day time limit included in our Community Standards for submitting rear yard landscape plans to the Design Review Committee (DRC). This requirement is in place to ensure that no units are left unlandscaped, thereby encouraging weed and dust problems in the Community.
If you live in a sub-association of the Master you must submit your plans to them and when the plans are approved your sub-association will forward them to the Providence Master Association for review and approval. Please feel free to download the sub-association form from this website. Please note, your sub-association requires that the Design Review submittal be sent in on their forms. If your sub-association's form is not here, or if you need contact information for your sub-association we will be glad to assist you.
Please remember, you may not begin work on your improvement until you have received approval from your Association(s), so please be sure to plan enough time for the approval process when submitting your plans. This process is in place to assist you in ensuring that your landscape installation meets all of the requirements of both your sub-association and the Master Association. Installing your landscaping prior to obtaining approval from both Associations could result in your having to make changes to your installation, which could be quite expensive.
GOVERNING DOCUMENTS: CC&R's & BYLAWS
The Master Association Governing Documents consist of the CC&R's and Bylaws, the legal documents which create the Association. These documents define the Community and the Association, describe Association's rights and responsibilites as well as your rights and responsibilities as a Homeowner. You should have received copies of all of these documents, including the Community Standards and the Design Guidelines, upon purchase of your home. If you live in a sub-association within this Master Association, you should have received copies of their Governing Documents as well.
If you have any questions about these Governing Documents, or your Association, please feel free to contact the Master Association office at 702-216-2020, or via email at info@providencelvhoa.com.
