The Providence Board of Directors is currently composed of five resident Board members elected annually by the membership. A Board of Directors is required for a homeowners association to function properly. These elected volunteer officials are responsible for all operations of the association and ensuring the community governing documents are followed and enforced. The Board of Directors is responsible for upholding a fiduciary duty to the community and acting in the best interest of the community as a whole. Each volunteer position is held for a 2-year term. All homeowner positions are voted on by the members of the Providence community.
This November the Providence community will elect two residents to the Board of Directors. We encourage you to participate in this election process in order to make an informed decision.
Mid-October: Election Ballots Arrive in the Mail
Check your mailbox for the arrival of your ballot. Please be sure to thoroughly read the ballot instructions.
November 9th - Annual Meeting / Board Of Directors Meeting
The Annual Meeting will be help in person on November 9th at 2:00pm. Ballots will be counted and the newly elected Board of Directors will be announced at the conclusion of the meeting. Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors will meet for the organizational meeting.
