2026 Budgets
The Board of Directors approved the 2026 Draft Budgets for Providence Master, Easton Place and Oxford Commons at the October 15th, 2025 Board of Director's Meeting and were ratified by the Membership at the Budget Ratification Meeting December 10th, 2025.
Providence Master Assessments will remain at $150.00 per/quarter, which is no increase from 2025 assessments. Neighborhood assessments for Oxford Commons will remain at $105.00 per/quarter which is no increase from 2025 assessments. Neighborhood assessments for Easton Place will remain at $38.00 per/quarter which is no increase from 2025 assessments. No Special Assessment has been anticipated for 2026.
Providence Master Association 2025 Annual Election
The Providence Board of Directors is currently composed of five resident Board members elected annually by the membership. A Board of Directors is required for a homeowners association to function properly. These elected volunteer officials are responsible for all operations of the association and ensuring the community governing documents are followed and enforced. The Board of Directors is responsible for upholding a fiduciary duty to the community and acting in the best interest of the community as a whole.
This year three (3) seats were up for election on the Providence Master Board of Directors for a two-year term. This year 499 votes were received for the 2025 Providence Master Annual Election (450 Electronic Votes and 49 Paper Ballots).
