Providence Master Association 2025 Annual Election
This year three (3) seats will be up for election on the Providence Master Board of Directors for a two-year term.

All homeowners who do not have an email address on file will receive paper copies of Annual Election Materials to the designated mailing address on file.

2025 Annual Election E-Voting and Ballots
Please Note: Only ONE homeowner per property address will receive a link to E-Vote for the 2025 Annual Election. The first email address listed in association records will be treated as the "primary" email account and will receive the email communication from Ballot Box to place an electronic vote. Any homeowner without an email on file will receive a paper ballot via USPS.

2026 Draft Budgets
The Board of Directors approved the 2026 Draft Budgets for Providence Master, Easton Place and Oxford Commons at the October 15th, 2025 Board of Director's Meeting.
*Please Note: These are DRAFTS only until they have been approved and accepted by the membership at the upcoming Annual Meeting, Wednesday, November 19th, 2025 at 5:00PM*
If approved, Providence Master Assessments will remain at $150.00 per/quarter, which is no increase from 2025 assessments. Neighborhood assessments for Oxford Commons will remain at $105.00 per/quarter which is no increase from 2025 assessments.
Neighborhood assessments for Easton Place will remain at $38.00 per/quarter which is no increase from 2025 assessments.
The Providence Board of Directors is currently composed of five resident Board members elected annually by the membership. A Board of Directors is required for a homeowners association to function properly. These elected volunteer officials are responsible for all operations of the association and ensuring the community governing documents are followed and enforced. The Board of Directors is responsible for upholding a fiduciary duty to the community and acting in the best interest of the community as a whole.

The Board of Directors does not guarantee the virtual option during this meeting due to any unforeseen technology issues.
