2025 Budgets
Providence Base Assessments
The 2025 Budgets were approved by the Board of Directors at the October 9, 2024 meeting and, was ratified at the November 20, 2024 Annual Meeting, it will apply in the following ways:
Providence Master Assessment - The 2025 assessment rate will remain at $150 quarterly ($600 annually), which is no change per month from the 2024 assessment rate. No special assessment is anticipated.
Easton Place Neighborhood Assessment - The 2025 assessment rate will increase to $38 quarterly ($152 annually), which is a $5 increase per quarter from the 2024 assessment rate. No special assessment is anticipated.
Oxford Commons Neighborhood Assessment - The 2025 assessment rate will remain at $105 quarterly, which is no change per month from the 2024 assessment rate. No special assessment is anticipated.

- How do I make a payment if my neighborhood Sub-Association uses the same bank?
- Even Better! It means you probably already have a profile with AAB. Just log into your profile, "Add Property," and input the following ID codes to create your Master Association profile:
Management ID: 6675
Association ID: 8P0 (eight-P-zero)
Account Number: Your Providence Master Account Number
