CCMC's New Banking Partner: Alliance Association Bank
 
To improve service to homeowners, CCMC has identified the need for a more efficient and technologically advanced banking partner. As a result our bank lockbox provider has changed from Pacific Western Bank (PWB) to Alliance Association Bank (AAB). Payments mailed to the old processing address (Atlanta, GA) as of August 15th will be returned to the sender.

  • What if I use Bill Pay or E-Pay with my personal banking service?
    • Create a new payment profile using the mailing address to the new processing address:

  • Where do I send check payments?
    • If you are paying multiple properties, please send a separate payment for each property mailed to the following processing address:

  • What if I already had ACH (Automatic Withdrawal Payments)?
    • If your ACH was enrolled through CCMC, AAB has sent an authorization email to request permission to continue your ACH services. You must reply to this email for your ACH to continue. If you did not receive the authorization email please reach out to AAB (844)739-2331.
    • If your ACH was enrolled through PWB, all of these payment plans have been canceled. Please reach out to AAB to re-enroll in ACH services (844)739-2331.

  • How do I make a payment if my neighborhood Sub-Association uses the same bank?
    • Even Better! It means you probably already have a profile with AAB. Just log into your profile, "Add Property," and input the following ID codes to create your Master Association profile:

Association ID: 8P0 (eight-P-zero)
Account Number: Your Providence Master Account Number

The 2023 Budgets were ratified at the November 9th meeting, and the 2023 Master Assessment will be reducing from $180.00 per quarter to $150.00 per quarter. To see the approved budgets please visit the Documents tab.

  • When does this change take affect?
    • January 1, 2023
  • Do I have to change my automatic payment?
    • There are several different ways to set up a recurring payment for your assessments. Please contact our office if you are unsure if you are setup through CCMC (702)216-2020.
      • ACH with CCMC – You will not need to change anything. On January 1st, the automatic payment of $150.00 will be debited.
      • Personal Banking/Bill Pay Services – Please contact your banking or Bill Pay provider to update the assessment amount.
  • When are my assessments due?
    • Due dates are always January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.
  • How do I sign up for E-Statements?
    • Login to your Account Portal. Located on the main page (“Resident: Property Summary” tab) click on the link “Sign up for paper-less billing: eStatement Registration” -or- https://ccmcnet.opt-e-mail.com/signup

Homeowner Account Portal
The Homeowner Account Portal allows homeowners to:
 
- View current account balance
- Make electronic payments
- Update contact information
- Sign-up for E-Statements

Direct Debit
Direct Debit allows for payments to be automatically withdrawn each quarter.
