2026 Budgets
 
Providence Base Assessments
 
The 2026 Budgets were approved by the Board of Directors at the October 15th, 2025 meeting and ratified at the Budget Ratification Meeting December 10th, 2025, and will apply in the following ways:
 
Providence Master Assessment - The 2026 assessment rate will remain at $150 quarterly ($600 annually), which is no change per month from the 2025 assessment rate. No special assessment is anticipated.
 
Easton Place Neighborhood Assessment - The 2026 assessment rate will remain at $38 quarterly ($152 annually), which is no change per quarter from the 2025 assessment rate. No special assessment is anticipated.
 
Oxford Commons Neighborhood Assessment - The 2026 assessment rate will remain at $105 quarterly, which is no change per month from the 2025 assessment rate. No special assessment is anticipated.

Pay by BUURT
You can now set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank to make payments, view your account balance, and access community information all in one place!

Pay by Mail 
When paying by mail, make checks payable to Providence Master and make sure you include your account number on your check. Send your payment along with your statement stub to:

Log into or create your account through the direct WAB Website and “Add A Property” by inputting the following ID Codes:

If your Sub Association also uses WAB, please ensure you are making the payment to the correct association by reviewing the IDs above. If you are having trouble, please contact WAB directly at 1-844-739-2331. CCMC and WAB are not related to companies, and the payment portal is maintained by WAB.

BUURT Resident Portal
While all of the previous payment options you used are still available to you, with CCMC's new resident portal, BUURT, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank to make payments, view your account balance, and access community information all in one place! 
 
After activating SSO, you can set up all of these payment types directly from the portal:
 
  • Recurring ACH Payments
  • One-time and recurring electronic check payments
  • One-time and recurring credit/debit card payments

Even though single sign-on will allow you to make payments through WAB from the BUURT resident portal, CCMC and WAB are not related companies, and the payment portal is maintained by WAB.
Direct Debit
Direct Debit allows for payments to be automatically withdrawn each quarter.
