Q3 2025 Assessment Credit
At the January 8th, 2025 Meeting the Providence Master Board of Directors approved a one-time credit of one quarter's worth of assessments in the amount of $150.00. This credit will be applied to the 2025 third quarter Master Association assessment (due July 1st, 2025) and reflects the Board's continued commitment to responsible fiscal management and the community's financial well-being.
What You Need to Know:
Statements: The $150 credit will appear as a line item on your third-quarter assessment statement, which you should receive toward the end of May.
Automatic Payments through AAB: If you're enrolled in recurring payments through AAB, the withdrawal for the third-quarter assessment will be automatically paused.
Other Payment Methods: If you use a third-party service (such as your bank's bill pay), please update your settings to avoid an unnecessary payment.
Benefited Neighborhoods: If you live in Easton Place or Oxford Commons, please note that the benefited neighborhood assessment will still be due as usual. This portion will still be withdrawn if you're set up on automatic payments.
Sub-Associations: This credit applies only to the Master Association assessment and does not affect any sub-association assessments.
Past Due Amounts: Any past due assessments, incurred late fees, or fines will remain on your account and are due in accordance with the Master Association's Delinquent Assessment Policy.
