Design Review Guidelines
Every resident is required to submit a Design Review Application and obtain approval from the committee before
starting exterior modifications. Please refer to the Design Review Guidelines
and links below for assistance when completing your application for your outdoor projects such as landscaping, pools, solar panels, patio covers, etc.
A new convenient way to apply for your design review modification is now available online. Follow the directions to fill out the digital application and upload all your required documents and photos in one place.
