Design Review
Timeframe
Once a completed application is received, the Committee has up to 45 days to review and approve/deny it.
A completed application must include all the required documents in order for it to be submitted to the committee for review. If you have a Sub-Association then the approval letter from their ARC committee will also be a requirement.

- Drawings, plans, photos, and details of the project
- Sub Association Approval Letter (if applicable)
- Missing Information (Any missing information will be emailed to you)

Paper Application
If submitting through the "Apply Online" link, you will not need to fill out a paper application.

Follow the directions to fill out the digital application and upload all your required documents and photos in one place.
