Timeframe
Once a completed application is received, the Committee has up to 45 days to review and approve/deny it.
A completed application must include all the required documents in order for it to be submitted to the committee for review. If you have a Sub-Association then the approval letter from their ARC committee will also be a requirement.

- Drawings, plans, photos, and details of the project
- Sub Association Approval Letter (if applicable)
- Missing Information (Any missing information will be emailed to you)

Paper Application
If submitting through the "Apply Online" link, you will not need to fill out a paper application.

Every resident is required to submit a Design Review Application and obtain approval from the committee before starting exterior modifications. A new convenient way to submit your architectural requests is now available through the BUURT resident portal. Under Online Services, you can submit a request for an exterior home modification directly through your portal. The Design Review Committee is tasked to ensure that exterior home alterations within Providence Master adhere to the Association's Design Review Guidelines and expectations.
