Online Payment
Payments can be made online by eCheck, credit card, or automatic withdrawal through Alliance Association Bank.
Easton Place is one of two benefited neighborhoods within Providence. Nestled in the Southwest region of Providence Community, this neighborhood enjoys access to the winding walking trails of Knickerbocker Park on one side and a glimpse of the Red Rock hills on the other.
Easton Place Neighborhood Assessments
The 2024 Budgets were approved by the Board of Directors at the October 11, 2023 meeting and, were ratified at the November 8, 2023 Annual Meeting, and will apply in the following ways:
The 2024 neighborhood assessment rate will remain at $33.00 quarterly, with a vacation of assessments for Q1 & Q2 (January-June). To see the approved budgets please visit the Documents tab.
Due dates and amounts for 2024:
January 1, 2024 - $150 total (base assessment)
April 1, 2024 – $150 total (base assessment)
July 1, 2024 - $183 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)
October 1, 2024 - $183 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)
