Online Payment
Payments can be made online by eCheck, credit card, or automatic withdrawal through Alliance Association Bank.
Easton Place is one of two benefited neighborhoods within Providence. Nestled in the Southwest region of Providence Community, this neighborhood enjoys access to the winding walking trails of Knickerbocker Park on one side and a glimpse of the Red Rock hills on the other.
Easton Place Neighborhood Assessments
The 2026 Budgets were approved by the Board of Directors at the October 15th, 2025 meeting and, if ratified at the November 19th, 2025 Annual Meeting, it will apply in the following ways:
The 2026 neighborhood assessment rate will remain at $38.00 quarterly, which is no change per month from the 2025 assessment rate. No special assessment is anticipated.
Due dates and amounts for 2026:
January 1, 2026 - $188 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)
April 1, 2026 – $188 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)
July 1, 2026 - $188 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)
October 1, 2026 - $188 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)
