Oxford Commons is one of the two benefited neighborhoods within Providence. Located in the upper Northeast corner of Providence Community, this neighborhood enjoys the privacy of a gated community with close proximity to the main thoroughfare of Grand Teton Drive.
Oxford Commons Neighborhood Assessments
The 2025 Budgets were approved by the Board of Directors at the October 9, 2023 meeting and, was ratified at the November 20, 2024 Annual Meeting, it will apply in the following ways:
The 2025 neighborhood assessment rate will remain at $105.00 quarterly, which is no change per month from the 2024 assessment rate. No special assessment is anticipated.
Due dates and amounts for 2025:
January 1, 2025 - $255 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)
April 1, 2025 – $255 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)
July 1, 2025 - $255 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)
October 1, 2025 - $255 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)
