Oxford Commons Gate Remotes
Oxford Commons offers residents the convenience of remote controls for the entry gates.
Gate remotes may be purchased by appointment only on-site at the Providence Office. Cost per remote is $34.43. Accepted forms of payment are Check, Money Order, and Cashier's Check. Homeowner Account Portal
The Homeowner Account Portal allows homeowners to:
- View current account balance
- Make electronic payments
- Update contact information
- Sign-up for E-Statements

Online Payment
Payments can be made online by eCheck, credit card, or automatic withdrawal through Alliance Association Bank.
Oxford Commons is one of the two benefited neighborhoods within Providence. Located in the upper Northeast corner of Providence Community, this neighborhood enjoys the privacy of a gated community with close proximity to the main thoroughfare of Grand Teton Drive.
Oxford Commons Neighborhood Assessments
The 2026 Budgets were approved by the Board of Directors at the October 15th, 2025 meeting and, if ratified at the November 19th, 2025 Annual Meeting, it will apply in the following ways:
The 2026 neighborhood assessment rate will remain at $105.00 quarterly, which is no change per month from the 2025 assessment rate. No special assessment is anticipated.
Due dates and amounts for 2026:
January 1, 2026 - $255 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)
April 1, 2026 – $255 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)
July 1, 2026 - $255 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)
October 1, 2026 - $255 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)
