Oxford Commons Gate Remotes
Oxford Commons offers residents the convenience of remote controls for the entry gates.
 
Gate remotes may be purchased by appointment only on-site at the Providence Office. Cost per remote is $34.43. Accepted forms of payment are Check, Money Order, and Cashier's Check. Homeowner Account Portal
The Homeowner Account Portal allows homeowners to:
 
- View current account balance
- Make electronic payments
- Sign-up/change ACH Direct Debit
- Update contact information
- Sign-up for E-Statements

Online Payment
Payments can be made online by eCheck, credit card or automatic withdrawal through Pacific Western Bank. Please note: The automatic withdrawal option is only valid for one year and must be rescheduled after that time.
Oxford Commons is one of the two benefited neighborhoods within Providence. Located in the upper Northeast corner of Providence Community, this neighborhood enjoys the privacy of a gated community with close proximity to the main thoroughfare of Grand Teton Drive.
 
Oxford Commons Neighborhood Assessments
 
If the 2023 Budgets are ratified at the November 9th meeting, then the 2023 neighborhood assessment rate will remain at $105.00 quarterly, with a vacation of assessments for Q1 (January-March). To see the approved budgets please visit the Documents tab.
 
Due dates and amounts for 2023:
January 1, 2023 - $150 total (base assessment)
April 1, 2023 – $255 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)
July 1, 2023 - $255 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)
October 1, 2023 - $255 total (base assessment + neighborhood assessment)

  • When does this change take affect?
    • January 1, 2023
  • Do I have to change my automatic payment?
    • There are several different ways to set up a recurring payment for your assessments. Please contact our office if you are unsure if you are setup through CCMC (702)216-2020.
      • ACH with CCMC – You will not need to change anything. On January 1st, the automatic payment of $150.00 for the base assessment will be debited. Then on April 1st, and for all payments thereafter, $255.00 will be debited ($150.00 base assessments + $105.00 neighborhood assessments). To sign up for ACH with CCMC, login into your resident portal here and click on E-Pay.
      • Pacific Western Recurring Payment – If you have created an account with Pacific Western Bank and setup a recurring payment plan through their services, you will need to login and change the amount being debited per quarter.
      • Personal Banking/Bill Pay Services – Please contact your banking or Bill Pay provider to update the assessment amount.
  • When are my assessments due?
    • Due dates are always January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.
  • How do I sign up for E-Statements?
    • Login to your Account Portal. Located on the main page (“Resident: Property Summary” tab) click on the link “Sign up for paper-less billing: eStatement Registration” -or- https://ccmcnet.opt-e-mail.com/signup
